PSYCHOLOGY

Our psychology services support individuals through life’s challenges with care and compassion. We provide autism, ADHD and other neuropsychological assessments, evidence-based therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families, addressing drug and alcohol concerns, anxiety, depression, phobias, trauma, and addiction. Our psychologists offer a safe space to build resilience, improve wellbeing, and support meaningful change. See the Policy and Procedures for more details.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY

Occupational therapists (OT) support NDIS participants to build independence and participation in everyday life. We provide person-centred, evidence-based interventions focused on functional skills, daily living activities, sensory regulation, routines, and meaningful goals, working collaboratively with individuals, families, and support networks.

SPEECH PATHOLOGY

Our speech pathologists support individuals to improve communication, language, and swallowing skills across all ages. We provide person-centred, evidence-based interventions tailored to children, adolescents, adults, and families, focusing on functional communication, social interaction, speech clarity, and meaningful participation in daily life and community activities.

Referral types.

Clients can access our services through a variety of referral streams, including those recommended by healthcare professionals, funding schemes, or self-referral, ensuring flexible and timely support tailored to individual needs.

DVA

Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) covers eligible veterans and their families. Psychologists provide mental health support and counselling. Referral via DVA approved services. See the Policy and Procedures for more details. 

NDIS

Psychologists can provide therapy and assessment funded by NDIS plans. Includes psychosocial support, behaviour support, and development interventions. Referral usually via NDIS plan manager or participant’s plan. See the Policy and Procedures for more details. 

MEDICARE

GP Referrals: For a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) under Medicare. Medicare Rebates: Cover up to certain number of sessions per calendar year (sometimes more with additional plans). See the Policy and Procedures for more details. 

WORK COVER 

For work-related mental health support. Referral usually via treating doctor or claims manager.

TAC

For Transport Accident Commission (TAC) related mental health support. Referral usually via treating doctor or claims manager.

PRIVATE REFERRALS

Clients self-refer privately to a psychologist. Payment via private health insurance or out-of-pocket.

Our Psychologists and Occupational Therapists (OTs) are registered with their respective Boards through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and practise in accordance with the relevant Codes of Ethics.

Speech Pathologists are registered with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA). They work in accordance with the SPA Code of Ethics.
